- Contact form submissions are stored securely in the website back-end for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- A copy of your message is also sent to me by email. If we continue communicating, I may keep emails for as long as needed for my business records.

I use trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:
- Hostinger – website hosting provider.
- Google Analytics (GA4) – website analytics provider.
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, I rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

The website includes links to my social media accounts. These platforms may collect data if you click their links or visit their sites. Their privacy practices apply separately.
